The oldest food industry enterprise in Kuzbass. It was founded in 1898.
In May 1898, a plot of land was allocated for construction. Wine warehouse No. 8 was under construction for five years, and its cost was over 100 thousand gold rubles. By March 1901, the warehouse was built, and the entire complex by the summer of 1902, after which it was put into operation and the first products were produced in 1903. The plant was built thoroughly, so the walls of the plant are still standing, people walk along century-old stairs, and the first oak press designed for pressing berries in the production of tinctures and liqueurs is in excellent working condition.
The actual operating factory is a museum.
